Legal basis for the use of our services. These terms govern the contractual relationship between you and Scanreco Australia GmbH.

    These terms of use apply to the use of all digital services offered by Scanreco Australia GmbH, in particular control solutions for technical systems. The subject of the contract is the provision of software and services for the control and monitoring of machinery and equipment.

  2. 2. Rights and Obligations of Users

    The user undertakes to use the services only within the framework of applicable laws. They are responsible for the security of their access data and must protect it from unauthorized access. Passing on access data to third parties is not permitted.

  3. 3. Limitation of Liability

    Scanreco Australia GmbH is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for slight negligence only applies in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, whereby liability is limited to foreseeable damage. Liability for data loss is limited to the usual recovery costs.

  4. 4. Termination and Cessation

    The user may terminate use at any time without stating reasons. In the event of a violation of these terms, Scanreco Australia GmbH reserves the right to block access to the services with immediate effect. Amounts already paid will not be refunded in this case.

  5. 5. Changes to the Terms

    We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes by email. If the user does not object within 14 days, the changes are deemed accepted. In the event of an objection, the right to use ends.
